This maybe answered somewhere but I cannot find it, so please direct me accordingly, but, what is the difference between the standrard and Professional versions of Wincron?

Hi Tim,

There are a couple features available only in the Professional and Enterprise versions.
The first 'pro' feature is the console interface. You can connect to the WinCron service via telnet and administer it that way.

Look in the WinCron Users Guide/Command Line Administration/Starting a telnet Session

The other difference is encryption. With the pro version you can get and set encrypted environment variables (useful for security applications)
