Im running win xp with wincron 4.3. I cant get wincron to locate my .txt file to delete it(it says unable to locate the file . Here is the script if it looks familiar i took it from the wincron users guide
{
-start
-stop
-action -print Clearing temp files...
-command del c:\Temp\*.txt
}

The path of the file is c:\Temp
I am obviously very new and would appreciate any help

Nevermind I got it was using old command and should have been using action.Thx for the wincrom.

Also in the above post in the script the *.txt isnt working for me I have to name the particular file , how do generically cover all .txt files in the folder?Evidently wildcards are what I'm asking about and I see they are not supported for the -del action.I would appreciate a point in the right direction about widlcrads if you don't mind I wasn't able to find any post here.
