I have had several reports of WinCron misinterpreting Daylight saving time.

I have tracked down the problem and the workaround is simple:

First, if you have turned off Daylight saving time and reset your computer clock, in an effort to resolve this problem, go ahead and restore your settings at this time.

The solution is to 'stop' and 'restart' WinCron.
If you are running WinCron as a System Service, you should be able to simply go to the control panel to accomplish this.

If you are running WinCron as an application, all you really need to do is hit the stop button. Then reload the job and press start.

Technical detail:
The problem turns out to be an interesting one.
I believed that if I add 24 hours to 8:00 o’clock, no matter what, I would be at 8:00 o’clock the next day. Microsoft disagrees and their time API adds in, or subtracts out, the hour if the span includes a daylight adjustment.

Regardless, I have a fix and will be issuing an update shortly.
Simply restarting WinCron should be your short-term solution.
Please check the web site over the next couple days for a patch release.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused,
